Picture: [coming soon <3] Alias: Bastard. Name: Haru Izumi Age: 20 Gender: xy Height: 5'10" Weight: 150 Species: Izumi Rank: Loner Class: ----- Clan/Land: somewhere over the rainbow. Magic/Abilities: erm.... the power of attraction? o.O
Phyiscal Description: Standing at 5'10" and weighing 150 lbs, Haru has little fat and a good amount of muscle. He is nowhere near Schwarzenegger's massive-muscled frame, but is instead sculpted nicely. His muscles don't stand too far out except when flexed. Haru is almost always clean-shaven - only allowing stubble to grow when he's to lazy to shave, which isn't often. Haru's hair is longish and often appears unkempt - he has only cropped it once and since that day will only get the split ends snipped. He never lets it get too long or too short. He keeps his hair at an average length; his bangs hang infront of cold ebony eyes which are framed by dark eyelashes - that always seem so inviting and mysterious. Haru's skin tone is relatively pale and never seems to bronze out in the sun; his skin is smooth and no hair plagues his chest or back. Tracing from the tip of his right shoulder, tearing across his chest, and down to the tip of his left hip is a long scar which he received from his brother at the age of twelve. Haru's left arm is also covered with scars because he normally deflects attacks with that arm; not exactly smart, but hey... he's still alive. He's doing somethin' right.
Haru's wardrobe isn't too extravagant, and it never will be. His wardrobe consists of a black tunic (with stitching across the neck) and black pants. His foot-wear consists of knee-high boots with lacing from the bottom of the show to the top. He wears a belt where his trusty sword hangs along with several daggers.
Personality: Haru is hunter whose appetite is focused on beautiful women. He can be a Don-Juan, extremely suave, smooth, and seductive. He almost never misses his mark - those who he misses are normally extremely chaste or are already involved with another man. Most of the time he'll still flirt with women who are already taken because it's his nature to dance as close as he can possibly get to the flame of danger without getting burned. He loves to deceive, to play games with his prey and twist their thoughts around to the point when they have no idea which was is up. He is witty, extremely head-strong, and might be the most stubborn person you would ever have the misfortune to meet.
Away from the women and around the men, Haru prefers to be the dominant one. He loathes those who try to undermine what little authority he can ever really gain and gets extremely pissed when someone twists his words or fools with his mind. Normally he is extremely sharp when it comes to matters of the mind, but - like everyone else - he has his stupid moments... which come a little too often.
When left alone to soak in his own thoughts, Haru mainly reflects on his past - he looks to the kindness his mother showed him, the happiness he had shared with his parents, and then the fatal event that caused the steady decay of the relationship between him and his father. He always wondered if it was the fact that he was his mother's child that made his father so hostile, or the venomous bite of alcohol which had plagued his father's mind. But past the emo-esque exterior when alone, Haru likes to simply sit back and enjoy life at the moment. You could say he strives to be the "carpe-diem" kinda guy who cares nothing about the past or future, but souly about the present.
History: Haru grew up in a distant household. His mother was quiet and very meek; she was small and delicate looking, but beautiful in the eyes of most. She never spoke against anyone, and barely spoke in general, but Haru's father the extreme opposite. Haru's father was a large man, extremely muscular with a loud room-filling voice and a booming laugh that rattled you every time you heard it. He also had an older brother and sister, Demitri and Natsu (his twin, older by one minute which she constantly reminded him of). The first ten years of Haru's life were spent bickering with his sister, and trying to upstage his brother Demitri. At the age of eleven, Haru's mother was taken from him; she got caught up in a fight between a couple of gangs. Haru's mother and several other innocent bystanders were killed or wounded. When the news reached Haru's father the normally cheery man fell into an extreme depression and soon found an escape in alcohol and women. From the moment his father first brought home a new woman, the stage for Haru's life was set. At first he protested and refused whomever came home with his father, thinking that that woman would be replacing his mother, but he soon discovered that they never lasted long enough to be remembered.
Demitri, who was Haru's father's cherished child, decided that it was he who should take over the house hold, and that their father was no longer fit to take care of them. Haru and Natsu both agreed at first, and so Demitri stepped up to the responsibility. Unfortunately he was jealous of Haru and Natsu's sibling relationship, and that he got none of the attention from his younger sister. So, he sent Natsu away. Angry, Haru attacked Demitri which resulted in the long scar upon his chest. Natsu was eventually sent away.
At the age of fifteen Haru's father finally calmed down and fell into an extremely silent and macabre era. At that age Haru had discovered an escape from the drama his father and brother had caused him, and had taken up one of the things his father had taken up after his mother had died: women. Haru chased several girls at one time and was always jumping around, playing with whomever, whenever - if she was pretty enough. He was a shallow child, and still is to this day. He'll do anything to get a pretty woman in bed, and won't care who finds out about it. He never pursues relationships with the women he finds and has no intention to ever take up a relationship.
At the age of eighteen he finally lost his father. The large man was found dead in his house after Haru returned from wherever he was. The death was marked as suicide, but Haru continues to think it was through murder (on Demitri's part), but could care less for the man who had given up on his family when Haru's mother died. Alone and doing well now, Haru takes on anything that comes his way.
