Izumi, Yin yawned as cold October air brushed against her exposed skin. Her eyes were closed as she let the cool breeze make shivers ripple throughout her body. She didn't mind much if her muscles got cold, she could always warm them up with exercises. Right now she stood in the neutral land called the "Graveyard" for the most obvious of reasons. A soft smile touched her lips that soon curled up into a cruel snarl. If it hadn't been for her, most of those dead would not be here. Oh, how she just loved to think of all her dirty deeds. The burning of Madverick, her 'birthplace', was the best memory so far she had. It made her delirious with pleasure as she recalled the screams and begging. The cries of all the small children. She had to hold back a laugh that threatened to escape her throat.
They had all deserved to die. Those filthy, filthy humans! Her claws flexed and a small purr came up her throat. Her eyes sparkled as they opened with a dark tint overcoming them. Her tongue rolled over her fangs as she recalled the lingerance of the taste of human blood upon her lips. The metalic taste that could be somewhat salty would never be old to her. It was always a bliss, a treat, to feast upon a human soul. Especially the torture, oh yes, the torture was the best part. Listening to their screams of agony as she slowly killed them or just devoured them. Why were humans so easy? Could they be a better challenge, maybe? Humans were supposed to be the most dangerous game. Bullshit. She could take out a calvary with one hand and blindfolded on top of that. Humans were not on top of the food chain here. It was the demons. The demons were on top of the food chain here...

Green eyes shone from the pitch black shadown of an oak tree on a lone hill, staring straight in her direction. They did not move, nor did they blink. A breeze then shot through the branches, and the thin light there was lit up the shadows, if only for several seconds. His hand was dug deep into the tree, clenching. He was getting bolder, he'd never really been this close before, she smelled of death.
It was decided, He'd finally confront her, he had to. He quietly stepped from the tree's dark side and down the hill. The wet grass parted under his feet, leaving dark footprints in his wake. He walked with a purpose, but each step taken he would feel more and more tense, he couldn't stand it. Finally, he stopped, only about ten yards away. He stood silent for a moment, searching for the first thing to accuse her of, to blame on her. But no words came, he was overcome with the hatered he felt for her.
"You.... Will pay for what you've done...."
These words were quiet, almost soundless to him, everything was quiet, no sounds, not even a ringing in his ear. Everything felt cold, and death was all he could smell. His knuckles were white hot. His vision wavered as he stood, and he knew his adrenaline had started to pump. He felt his heartbeat slow as time seemed to stop, as he confronted the Izumi Leader for the first time.

The wind had not been in her favor and the scent of the Hatsu leader had not come to her. Yin had been slightly unaware of his presence. But with a shadow demon, the shadows were an enemy. You could not escape shadows no matter how hard you tried. She had known someone had been watching her, someone who's eyes bore into her back. But as to who it was she had not known. If the wind had been in her favor then she would've known, but it was not. It had carried her scent to him not vice versa. Though his footsteps became apparent to her it still had not given a clue as to who he was. It was not till his voice had hit her ears that she knew. A smirk crawled across her face, hearing the malice behind it. Oh yes...hate...yes...hate more. Hate until you could hate no longer, Hatsu.
Slowly she would turn around about 3/4 and her coal eyes would shift slightly toward him, her expression blank. She seemed bored as if he were not special enough to take up any of her time. After a few moments of that long, boring stare did she allow a smirk to reappear on her face. She slowly revealed deadly fangs to him, the fangs that had ripped his parents apart. Her claws flexed and in the most sarcastic, honey-sweet voice she spoke to Rakkel for the first time in a while. "Hello Rakkel...how are you this fine day? Enjoying the graves, I hope? It seems more has been added, doesn't it?" She hoped that stung. "It so sad that people just have to...die. Especially those close to you, wouldn't you agree?" She gave a harsh chuckle, "you would know, wouldn't you, Rakkel?"

He heard her words, and yet, they seemed to of simply pass by him, his face was still in the same, emotionless manner it was a second ago. He stared into her dark eyes, yet he didn't see death, like what he felt, but instead, he saw an empty abyss. The dark slits he had for pupils narrowed, and his claws began to appear. His demeanor broadened, and his muscles tensed, and he showed his pearly white fangs.
"You have no idea, Izumi, Yin. There will be new graves, yet there will be no visitors, and no one will care. Life is like a river, endless and full of twists and turns, the reflection shows who you really are. Now that I look at you, I see only your reflection, long after the real Yin has gone, you are a shadow, and it is time you disappeared."
His hands opened from their balled fist and flexed each finger before he licked his lips. He was obviously more than ready for this, and had been waiting for the right moment to strike, yet he still didn't move. Slight changes in his stance was all he needed before he lept forward and prepared to lash out with his two inch long claws.

Her dark eyes had a slight glint of amusement in them. He was so ready to just try and rip her apart. It was so delightful! Her body suddenly felt alive and she seemed to stand taller. Him showin his fangs, she turned full to face him, a crazy smirk upon her features. His words...they made her laugh. A chuckle escaped her throat as he got about mid-way through his small speech. The real her was gone? "Oh, but Rakkel, do you even know the real me?" A soft smile spread across her lips and her eyes held a slightly allurring look in them. It was those eyes that could usually hypnotize any male she wished. Demons were hard to get, but humans usually were head over heels. Males...so easy to change their minds.
"You've hardly even spoke to be before, Rakkel," Yin murmured and moved toward him, keeping her dark eyes locked on his emerald ones. "You've but hardly a clue who I am, or what I am capable of. How can you call me a mere reflection, a shadow of who I was? When you can't even answer that first simple question?" She stopped a few feet away, leaning closer and whispering, "hm? How can you, Rakkel?" She felt like laughing.
His stance obviously stated he wanted a fight, and Yin would fight. She didn't care if he didn't fall for her trick or not. Though, it would've been fun if he did...just a little. Enough to where she could tease him, because he'd kill himself over it later. Her posture may have seem relaxed and tempting, but she was ready. She was ready for a fight.

His claws stopped but centimeters from her face. Something was wrong... In her eyes.... something, alluring. It caught him off guard, and he wavered for a simple moment before he lept back, one hand on the ground. He kept his gaze from her eyes, something was weird with them. He still seemed unchanged, no change in his facial expressions, nothing. But in a split second, he looked like he couldn't hold his anger back any longer, like he wanted to grab onto her and explode. But it seemed he had a few more things to say before the slaughter began.
"Hollow words, from a hollow demon. I just hope you are as powerful as you are in legend. I'll enjoy burning you alive."
Rakkel suddenly punched the air in front of his, and a fireball streaked from his fist, right at Yin. Then, he ran at her, kicking up grass behind him, his hands engulfed in bright red flames. As he drew ever closer, time once again began to slow, his actions becoming more controllable. And as the distance closed, he reached out with his left hand, ready to grab her face, and drive her into the ground. His right hand, now dragging behind the rest of his movements, held a fireball the size of a basketball, and was aimed for her torso, the red hot flames ready to burn through anything.

He had stopped. Her eyes had actually stopped him! Yin was very amused now. So he still had a male instinct in him, after all! But he quickly leapt back, not tricked for long. He avoided her coal eyes and Yin smiled, pleased. She was going to have a lot of fun with this! She saw the anger and it fueled her. Yes, be angry! Come to your doom, stupid furball! A devilish smirk crossed her face for mere moments but her expression cooled again. She was going to stay calm and have fun with this.
"I promise to give you a run for your money."
Every attack he sent hit her, every one did damage. She was pummeled into the ground, pinned there. Her whole body relaxed and the coal eyes dulled. Yet that look in her eyes never faded. That tempting, taunting look that could drive a man mad if he stared for too long. For a long time the body was still, but then slowly it began to laugh. She laughed and laughed and laughed as if she belonged in the asylum. Maybe it was true, maybe Yin did belong there. But it wasn't like she was going there anytime soon. "Is that your best shots, Rakkel? Hmm? Hmm? Is that ALL you've got? Ha! Hahahahaha!" She couldn't stop, she just kept laughing at him. Laughing at the -seemingly- pitiful attempts though her body was burned and bleeding. Though it looked like he could just kill her right now...
"Wow, just wow!" Yin chortled, trying to control herself. Her voice was laced with venom and sarcasm. "That was amazing, Rakkel. Fucking amazing! Where did you learn such moves, the pound!? Ahahahahahahahaha!"
It was unbeknowst to him that behind him while he pinned the burned body that shadows were raising. They formed slowly, taking the shape of a female body. Dark ruby eyes were gazing with a demonic, bloodthirsty intent at the Hatsu. The shadows in the form of a female's body moved forward -no- basically floated forward without an ounce of sound. Her steps were silent, graceful, and deadly. She leaned close, hands outstretching slowly at first but then with a sudden quickness.
"Peek-a-boo! I see you!" Yin hissed into his ear as she covered his eyes, smirking and revealing all her fangs. She laughed softly yet harshly though it had a hint of seduction in it, playfulness. She was not done toying with him just yet. But she was prepared for an outburst of either fright or reaction.

He Had beaten her senseless, as far as he knew anyway. He had her face in his palm, beat her face three inches into the ground, and punched her gut so many times, she had to be worn out. But no, she laughed, like it was nothing, she didn't even care he had burnt her skin. All this did was fuel his anger, but as he began to attack again, his eyes were covered. How did she do this? He had been so surprised all he could do was be shocked.
"How... Did you do that?" He had never expected something like that. He knew she was trying to trick him, he knew she had some powers over males, he'd heard of people sucumbing to her tricks. But he was angry with her, why would he even care what her voice sounded like, or her eyes looked like? It didn't matter, it shouldn't matter. But it had still made him faulter for a moment, and that's all it takes. He was becoming angry with himself, this was stupid, how did she do it?
"Fine, if you want to play games, we'll play games!" Rakkel let out a low growl, regaining himself. His hands filled with fire once more. The flames shot into the ground, praying from his palms, and two figures formed. They took the shape of Rakkel, but consumed in flames, and no features appeared. They weren't even existant for a second before they began to attack, send fire streaming toward the enemy.

He had reacted with pure shock rather then turning and attacking. That was good for Yin because she had taken a big chance right there. She had gotten close and actually touched him to where he could've hurt her easily. He was so shocked that he was still, and it was so very amusing. "Did you enjoy the little beating, Rakkel?" Yin murmured, her voice now even holding that tint to it. Her demonic gaze went to the figure that looked like her as it slowly turned black and faded away into what seemed like a black blanket of mist. Shadows...that's all it had been. He had beaten shadows, a non-living thing to him, senseless. "Don't you wish you can do it again? Or is your mind slowly going elsewhere? Distracted..." She let two of her fingers closest to her cheeks brush them, her smirk growing wider to a smile. She made sure to keep his eyes covered for the time being. But she knew well this wasn't going to stop him.
"Oh, love, you should know it's a simple trick," Yin giggled. "Did you really think I'd let you touch me just like that? I'm not that much of a masochist, you know." She rested her chin near the back of his neck, really taking a risk now. The have this physical contact with him, Yin knew she could be making a mistake. But she was making him faulter so it was worth taking the chance. She even allowed her lips to ever so lightly -pretty much to where there'd be no feeling of it- to brush against back of his neck. "Tell me, are we having fun yet? Rakkel? Hmm?"
She let go of his eyes, moving quickly back as he came out of his shock. A mocking purr escaped her throat. "Here kitty-cat, come here kitty kitty kitty. Come and entertain your superior." She laughed and her eyes sparkled with interest as the fire took the form of Rakkel. Two of them. So he was playing at her game, then? But did he have to do that? What a copy cat. Well...that could be true...he was a cat, after all.
The fire streamed toward her as soon as they were created and Yin only had a small amount of time to react. She threw her hands up, lifting the shadows high above her body, letting the flames hit the shield and swarm around her. But she was faintly aware of the flames going behind her could turn back against her if she didn't do something about it. You had to watch your front but you had to watch your back even more. Concentrating on the shield she made it turn into a large bubble around her body to shield her from all sides. The bubble, she saw, was soon engulfed in flames. If she got out of it or it broke, she would be burned pretty badly. Her eyebrow arched slightly, thinking this one over. She had a small idea of how to get out of this situation, but where would those fire replicas be by then? Where would Rakkel be by then? The fire had covered her sight of them and it gave them an advantage. Oh well, she'd just have to be very careful.
Yin started to release shadows from her body and began to spin. Soon the shadows were swirling around her and she kept the speed up so they would twirl faster and faster and spiral upward. The bubble opened at the top to allow the spiral to go up and slowly it collapsed in on the tornado of pitch black. Yin was mildly aware of the flames now upon her tornado's first layer while she had a second layer behind it to protect her from the flames. Gaining her strength, she took a powerful leap upward and spinning in the air, letting the tornado start to come in from the center, pulling it all toward her. Then as she felt gravity starting to settle in, she grave a hard, final twist and let shadows explode from her body that sliced through the spiral and blew all of it a good few feet away from her. But now she was so vulnerable and she knew it. The spiral collapsing in toward the middle would've indicated her position, too. Yin's arms were up near her face in a block and her senses were to their full height as adrenaline pumped through her veins. He had to perfect opportunity to plan this attack because that trick had taken a bit of time. She had to be ready because she knew she was most likely going to take a hit from this. Her muscles were tensed and she was prepared for a good hit as she fell back toward the Earth.

Thw two figures, now stationary, shooting the flames at the now mobile Yin, kpet the relentless attack close, giving Rakkel time to plan his next move. As soon as Yin burst from the spral, showing her self once again, the two Fire Elementals ceased their attack, and stood at ready, aiming, ready to fire once again. But they never did fire, they just stared, with an eerie look that showed they had no souls.
"You test my patience Yin, and your hesitation will be brought back, at full force." Rakkel now stood behind Yin, and above him was a peice of Earth so large, it could probably crush a small town. He shoved both hands forward into the air, and the peice of earth shot forward, at almost a blinding speed, and it was heading right for Yin. But Rakkel wasted no time to see if the attack hit, as he and the Elementals began another ruthless assault. Fire burst from every pore as Rakkel launched fireball after fireball.
