"DAMN IT!" Saia yelled when the last bus to the park passed her along. Its been a week and she hasn't been able to get some peace and quiet ever since she moved in with her Aunt Rin and her four kid. Ever since her mom got locked up nothings been right. It felt like up was down and left was right. She was so out of place here. She was do angry to noticed a red car come a little to close to the side walk and before she knew it she was covered in muddy water. She closed her eyes and took in a deep breath before she dropped to her knees. "Why don't you just kill me god?"

The only sound that could be heard was the gentle screeching of the old over used swing that well passed it's peak and was in need of replacement. Hindari didn't care much though, these swings have been here as long as she could remember. Coming here usually relaxed her as she let her mind wander back to the time when she was 5 years old and not a single care in the world. School just ended and she decided to stop by since she needed a break from everything and everyone. Unfortunately her dislocated world was broken through by screams of frustration. Hindari finally lifted her head from her feet digging their own grave to find a strange girl who didn't noticed the oncoming car. She recognized those people riding in the car; they did that on purpose. The girl looked just as frustrated with things as she felt inside. She took a moment and pitied the girl and thought for a moment to go over to her. The thought was quickly shot down by her, thinking she didn't want her pity and gently rocked back and forth in the swing still looking at the girl. Wasn't she from one of her classes?

She closed her eyes, pushing back the tears that were threating to pour. "Come on Saia," she whispered to her self ",Don't cry..don't cry." Filling all hint of emotion gone she looked up. There was a girl sitting in a swing set staring. Saia was about to go over there and yell at her for not warning her about the on coming car but looking more closely she saw it was a girl from class. 'What is her name?' She stood up and looked down at the soaked and dirty clothes she had on. "Perfect," she mummbled to herself ",this is fucking great. Just so damn perfect!" She felt some stares at the back of her neck and realized how loud she said was talking to herself. 'Great, and now they all think I'm psycho. She sighed and looked around. Aunt Rin's apartment was to far to walk and she was to angry to not kick and curse a moving vehicle. She crosses the street and decided that it wouldn't be a big deal if she just washed up in the fountain.

Hindari kept staring at the soaked form still on her knees seeming like she was going to lose it any second. In many ways the girl was her, though she could never be that outspoken or reckless, for a lack of a better word. She never noticed how long she stared for when the pissed off girl looked up, their eyes met straight on and immediately a sickening feeling began to grow in the pit of her stomach. Fear was it? She knew she was at least scared in that moment for the girl looked as if she was going to take out the missed bus and the car wetting her out on her. Hindari stopped swinging and stared one second more before looking back down at her feet. 'That was embarrassing.. I should really stop that or people will think I'm even weirder then I already am..' Paranoid as usual. She let her bangs cover most of her eyes before peeking up and saw that her schoolmate went to wash up in the fountain. With her back to her now, she looked up and wondered why she kept staring. It probably was just the fact she found them in the same situation and could relate.. That was all.. But then, why did she feel like going against the better judgment of her mind and follow her to the fountain? Standing from her rusted swing, she grabbed her bag and started shuffling over to the fountain slowly. What the hell was she going to even say? Say? Why even think about starting a conversation with her? They were two people from complete opposite attitudes yet positioned in the same situation.

The water in her boots made such an awkward sound that she felt like falling onto the grass and wait till the liquid in her clothes followed gravity. After more awkward noises to the fountain she sat on the stone and began to untie her boots. After removing her socks she slowly sunk her feet into the cold water then she began to remove her jacket and shirt. 'Thanks god I wore a undershirt today.' Just as she pulled off her shirt she saw the girl from the swings coming over to her. 'What does she want?'

She slowly made her way up to where the other sat, dragging her bag close to the ground, thinking of what in the world she was going to do. The feeling in her stomach only grew with each small step she took. Hindari was never the social type or had many friends she would even talk to. Upon nearing the fountain a few steps, her schoolmate finally looked up at her and she immediately felt her face heated up in embarrassment. Slowing her steps to a stop, she stared before looking away and walked passed her quickly onto the other side of the fountain. Well that was a great way to make an impression. Reaching the other side, he sat herself down stiffly, thinking she was still looking at her and now thinking she was weird. Probably was. Trying to distract herself and let the blush fade, she took out a library book from her bag and remembered where she left off and began to read her romance novel. Maybe just a few chapters before she would head back.

She thought that the girl was going to come up to her but instead she went to the other side of the water fountain, sat down, and pulled out a book. She raised an eye brow and went back to washing the dirt that paved her skin. 'What does she want to do? Rob me? Haha!'She smiled. 'No, thats not it. Does she want to talk or something?' After she cleaned the mud off of her and looked up to her classmate. "Hey! You! What ya reading?"

Hindari barely got through one page and a half before she heard the clear and loud call from that sounded well over the running water of the fountain from the girl sitting on the opposite end. She looked up and around for someone else with a book only to find that she was the only one with a book out. Turning around, she confirmed it was her since the girl was looking directly at her. Looking back down at the cover, she had to remind herself of the title since it seemed even that slipped her mind. She hoped her voice would get through. "Um, I'm reading the Twilight book. I heard it was good.."

'Twilight? That was the book with the handsome "young" vampire and a human girl falling in love? Ah yes now I remember' She looked down at the book and almost laughed. It would be 4 years before she ever read a book that big. Saia wasn't big on reading something that weighed more than air. "Yeah, that's with the vampires, no? I heard some girl from school talk about it. Is it any good?"

Laughter reached her ears and felt the color returning to her cheeks for a reason she didn't know. 'What's so funny?' She fanned through the pages seemingly fascinated with the book in her lap to keep from looking up. "Yeah, that's the one.. I guess it would be good. I just can't ever see it happening. Their love I mean." It was either that or the fact she gave up on it a long time ago and this love seemed like the typical one-week date. She has been ignored enough to observe that much. But that must be what makes it so popular among the naive teenagers.
